DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO SUBSCRIBE?
No! While our trainers suggest having a gym membership to maximize progress, we offer both standard and premium options for the busy racer who does or doesn’t have access to a gym.
WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUT PROGRAMS ARE THESE?
Our team of personal trainers specialise in motorsport specific fitness and programming, although anybody can use these programs to benefit their fitness and wellbeing!
WHO WRITES MY PROGRAMS?
All the plans on RaceFit are written by our own personal trainers. Our head Personal trainer overlooks all personalized programs and has with over 3 years industry experience. Qualifications:
Diploma in exercise prescription and sports management, level 5
Advanced Diploma in Exercise Prescription, level 6, graduated with distinction
HOW MUCH DOES A SUBSCRIPTION COST?
The basic subscription is $24.95 USD per month, while the premium subscription is $54.95 USD per month.
WHAT DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION COME WITH?
Each subscription comes with access to our mobile app. Our app serves as a central hub for all your training needs. This includes examples of how to complete each exercise, the convenience of having all your workout programs in one place and ability to log each set and workout, which allows your progress to be monitored by our personal trainers.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD AND PREMIUM?
All our subscriptions provide convenience, affordability and cater to all level of experiences. They allow you to log your workout and training, provide examples of how to complete the exercises along with a dedicated calendar and file storage for all your fitness related requirements.
The standard subscription provides workout programs catered specifically for motorsport. They provide a basic and convenient approach to workout plans which incorporate race-car specific training exercises.
The premium subscription provides personalized programming specific to your training experience, sport, goals and any relevant injuries or conditions. This subscription also provides race day exercises to enhance focus and concentration along with nutritional guidelines for during the week and race weekends. This is recommended for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.
Both of these options come with one-on-one check ins with your own assigned personal trainer to ensure that your goals and needs are being met.
